Our master dumpling chef, Lulu, and head chef Andy bring over 70 years of Combined culinary experience, dedicating themselves to the art of handmade Chinese cuisine. Using only fresh, high-quality ingredients —including chicken, beef, pork, and seasonal vegetables; We believe in honoring the natural essence of food. That’s why we use no additives and no MSG, allowing every bite to reflect the pure, original flavors of our ingredients. One of our signature specialties is our Potsticker (Guo Tie) —a beloved traditional dish originating from Qingdao, Shandong, China, part of the renowned Lu Cuisine tradition, IT is Recognized as a part of an integral cultural heritage, Potsticker (Guo Tie) has gained international popularity and is enjoyed by food lovers all over the world. Each potsticker is pan-seared to achieve a perfectly golden, crispy bottom, while the wrapper remains tender and chewy, locking in its rich and savory filling. At Dumpling Queen, our menu is carefully crafted to bring together the flavors Americans already know and love with the authentic tradition of Chinese handmade dumplings and buns. Inspired by the American-Chinese classics that have become favorites across the U.S., our menu features dishes such as Orange Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and other comforting flavors familiar to the local community. With more than 30 years of culinary experience in Dallas, Andy deeply understands the unique taste and style of American Chinese cuisine. What truly makes Dumpling Queen special, however, is our traditional Chinese handmade dim sum and dumplings. Our Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) are made with real ingredients and slow-simmered broth, creating a rich, flavorful soup filling that is both comforting and satisfying. We also proudly introduce Thumb-Sized Pan-Fried Buns and Juicy Sheng Jian Bao — specialties that are still rare in the Dallas Chinese food scene. In addition, we are excited to bring one of Qingdao’s beloved foods to Dallas: authentic Chinese potstickers made with traditional techniques and handmade craftsmanship. Wow. Me and my friend stopped in during their soft opening, and it was a hit!! The first thing is service. Some of the best I’ve seen since Covid honestly. We had the pleasure of meeting Some of the owners and man can you tell they are passionate. John, and his wife are absolute gems of people! As well as The singing Loui!! The food was amazing, the flavor profile of the dumplings was nothing less than divine. They know what they are doing here lol. I cannot wait to see them succeed.
